ANALISIS KECEPATAN AKSES 4G LONG TERM EVOLUTION (LTE) AREA MAKASSAR

Abstract

The needs of the Indonesian people for information and communication continue to grow rapidly as is the need for fast data packet communication. The development of communication technology has entered the 4G LTE era. Some of the advantages carried by 4G technology with LTE networks, one of which is download access speeds of up to 100 Mbps. This research explains the differences in the uplink / downlink speed of the two 4G LTE provider operators in the Makassar city area and conducts signal testing at four sites that have been covered by the 4G LTE network in the Makassar city area by using the "Open Signal" and "G-Net Track Lite" applications ".
